  1. All prices are good at time of the deposit.
     

  2. 30 day cancellation notice is required for a refund.
     

  3. All prices are subject to Hawaii state tax at 4.17%.
     

  4. Bride/Groom will pay for any parking fee for the Makeup Artist.
     

  5. If any Bride/Groom wants there negative for free. A testimonial has to be given. Before negatives are send out. No testimonial no Negatives. If you like Bride/Groom can buy there negative for $100.00 on the custom wedding package page.
     

  6. Hawaii Weddings will not be reasonable any of your vendor service. If they make a mistake I will talk to them. I never had a problem with my vendors. But this is something I have to put in written.
     

  7. Hawaii Weddings had the right to use any photo take by the photographer for any of the service I provide. To be use on you’re my website.
     

  8. There is no picture take while the photographer is taking pictures of the per-shot.
     

  9. Bride/Groom can change there package at any time. With out being change any type of fee.
     

  10. MODIFICATION OF SERVICE
    Hawaii Weddings reserves the right to modify, add, or remove all services and features of the website at any time.
     

  11. MODIFICATION
    This Agreement may be modified by Hawaii Weddings at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review any updates to this agreement to determine if any modifications affect you or your business.
     

  12. Hawaii Weddings may use photo from weddings time to time to update our web site.
