This agreement is for informational purposes only and has no legal or contractual effect.

As your wedding planners we will not reserve a date or make wedding plans for you, the client, until a deposit of $195.00 US has been made to reserve the date of your choice and initiate the planning process.

We accept the Visa®, Master Card®, Discover®, or American Express® Card to pay off your balance. (Checks (personal or business) and money orders can also be used to make a deposit and hold your wedding date. Make checks payable to:

Payment from foreign countries must be paid in US dollars.

Flowers:
When selecting Leis and Bouquets please note: If a flower is out of season it will be substituted with a similar flower. This will not affect the standard package prices however, the price of a customized package may increase or decrease.

Last minute weddings:
All payments for weddings within 30 calendar days and/or made within 7 calendar days of the ceremony are due immediately upon booking and must be paid by Credit Card, and/or Certified check sent by UPS and/or Express Mail Service. God willing the date is not already booked.

Prices and Services are subject to change at any time. To provide you with the best service that we can provide the two of you, if a sub-vendor and/or subcontractor is not meeting our expectations of professional business code, we reserve the right to replace them with a company that meets our expectations. We value our reputation and know that you will remember your experience with us. Hawaii Weddings RND is our dream come true and we want your wedding to be your dream come true.

Once a payment or deposit is made we will call you to discuss all the details for your wedding day. If payment is made via our web site you will receive a statement from the E-Processing Network. If payment is made by mail we will send an invoice to the address you have provided acknowledging your deposit, confirming the date of your wedding and itemizing the arrangement you have agreed upon with us. (please make sure addresses submitted are correct )

Rescheduling:
If you need to alter your wedding plans, we will reschedule it for you given that date is not already booked.

Cancellation:
If for some reason you need to cancel your wedding. It must be done at least 30 calendar days before the wedding date. The $195.00 deposit will be returned to you via business check. If any vendor site is using a deposit to hold your scheduled date, most likely they will retain a % fee for holding that date for you. Deposits for cancellations less than 30 calendars days before the wedding date are Non-refundable.

Additional Fees:
If you cause a limousine to run behind schedule you will be charged $80.00 per hour payable to the driver, (not to Hawaii Weddings RND). If any equipment is broken by you, the wedding party or your guests, you will be billed for the cost to replace the equipment.

Non-compete rule:
In contracting Hawaii Weddings RND as your full wedding coordinator, you agree not to compete in providing additional products and/or services for the wedding, that are already offered in one of our packages, without prior agreement in writing on your wedding order.

Final payment:
Final payment must be made via web with credit card, and/or by money order or a certified American Express check no later than the day of the wedding.
